Chad:
- If you are being asked a question on a subject that you don't know (let's say
EJB) - and you did not indicate this on your resume' - it's ok to say that you don't know.
- The employer may be
testing your breadth of knowledge. I know that my current employer asked me about Web Services (more of a "what do you know about Web Services"). I did not know anything about them - other than a little XML - so I said that I don't know much about them.
- I then mentioned that I intended to study them once I completed the SCWCD exam - which I mentioned was more focused towards their current projects which involve (servlets/JSPs).
