IMO, Mark Hersberg is trolling in this thread. I'd like a sheriff to post indicating that Mark's position is not unusually inflammatory. His position that the employee - employer in an H1-B relationship is a trivial and easy broken relationship fails to be basically reasonable.
I'm sorry, Homer, but I agree. Mr. Herschberg states some perfectly defensible opinions and doesn't say anything that could be construed as being offensive to anyone. On the other hand, I see some other posts in that same thread that include name-calling, stereotyping of other people, and accusations of unsavory motives and improper conduct. I'd be much more likely to call those posts "trolls", personally.

I don't think it's reasonable to call someone a troll for just one or two posts where he violently disagrees with your point of view. What makes a troll a troll is that he is more interested in heating the debate than in contributing his point of view to the discussion. I can't see that in Mark's behaviour.

If it just happened once or twice I could overlook things.
The thread is about H1-Bs. By definition H1-Bs are non-immigrants. That's not something theoretical like truth. His opening line is:
While I am a proponent of immigration,
We've discussed this issue many times. The moderator is going off topic offensively. If he'd like to talk about immigration he can start his own thread.
Map, I beg of you, how do my comrades, view this dichotomy?
I don't know you enough to understand what you're upset about, Homer, but from the outside, it sounds like you're splitting hairs. Yes, I understand that an "immigrant" and an "H1B worker" are two different things. Still, they're similar enough that I don't even bat an eye if someone conflates the terms. If this upsets you, though, then it's absolutely OK for you to explain your objection, and there could be a discussion. Personally, I'd have preferred to see you start a new thread in Jobs Discussion entitled "Pet Peeve" or "H1B != immigration" or something like that.
But in any case, I don't think Mark is "trolling" or anything of the kind. I think in all likelihood that this is an honest mistake -- even if most people wouldn't even appreciate the subtlety enough to call it a mistake, or understand what it is precisely that you're upset about.
On some boards one would expect a moderator to insert a point of order - e.g. H1-Bs are not immigrants.
If those boards are more to your liking, then you might want to spend more time there. But around here, you're welcome to make these kinds of statements yourself -- nicely, politely, and (in this case) perhaps in a different thread. Coming here and lodging a complaint against the bartender and/or the whole site seems like a bit of an overreaction, and unlikely to accomplish anything in this case.
