Hello friends I need a suggestion for change in career. I've done M.Sc in computer Science and MBA in IT presently working as a compuer programmer in a Pvt ltd company, I've got an offer for management level post from a company whose product is basically herbal medicines company is in its starting phase and has a good chances of growth in coming years. I am confused whether to join that company and change my track or continue my present work, any suggestion please.

Take the job, convince them they need an IT department, volunteer to do it, demote yourself to Senior Software Engineer: Look you've done it!
