Does Java Supports IO Port Programming??

support IO Port programming like other languages c++ etc.
I want to program some devices in java.. Help would be appreciated ..

Do you mean comm ports like COM1?
Yes, I can't find the links or name right now, but a search on the Sun site should help.

You will need to download and install the
Java Communications API
if you want to program ports.
There's also a library for programming with USB ports:
jUSB: Java USB
(although it looks like this currently works only on Linux).
