How can i delete or move the files to recycle bin.What is the path for Recycle bin.Thanks in advance.

On the root of each hard drive you'll see a "RECYCLER" directory. Within that directory there is a directory for each user's recycle bin.

Recycle bin is the system dictionary of windos xp.
Move it, don't delete it.
