Technical Interview Questions

Does anybody here have comments about Technical Interview Questions? (I am talking about technical interviews here in the USA).
Do have have any links to lists of questions?
Have you taken technical exams on multiple occasions? And if so, were there certain questions that kept popping up repeatedly? (I.E. all java technical exams have certain core questions that the interviewer always asks.)
Do you have any thoughts about preparing for a technical interview?
Here are my current thoughts: The last 2 "java" technical interviews I took (one was yesterday) had numerous SQL questions.

I took a technical test today. All classic SCJP questions. Luckily I had prepared over the weekend and did well.
I suggest you get a book about SQL if they are asking SQL questions. Or review....
