Can anyone give a complete description on how to perform precompile on a jsp using jspc and explain how to use it(call it). Thanks in advance.

I believe that's dependent on your appserver. Check its documentation. Usually there's something that tells/shows you what you need, since this is a very common requirement. If you still have problems, ask in the JavaRanch newsgroup that supports your appserver (Weblogic, Websphere, Tomcat, or whatever - we got 'em covered).
