Oracle Application Server; Jserv and JSP's

I'm running OAS which is implemented with JServ and some mod that provides JSP support. The JSP's work and servlets work but I'm having a problem with class/servlet reloading. In order to have automatic class reloading, I've removed the WEB-INF/classes directory from the zone properties file. Now we have auto reloading but my JSP's can't find beans when I put them in the page's import directive.
How do I let the JSP know where my beans(classes) are without putting them in the system classpath(ie. disabling reloading)? This wasn't an issue in Tomcat but now that I have to use OAS, I'm stuck with JServ.
Any thoughts or pointers to documentation would be greatly appreciated.

First of all your name is not proper , read our naming rules.
I haven't been using OAS but how about creating a jar and putting it under WEB_INF/lib ?
