create UI without using html in forms

Hi,
I am new to this java ranch forum.I am glad to be a member in this forum.
coming to my problem.
Is there any alternate way to create User Interface without using html in forms.

Is there any alternate way to create User Interface without using html in forms.

I assume it is a web based application that your using or else you could create a swing (or, god forbid, a command line) interface for it. The only alternative to an HTML form I can think of would to use an applet to communicate back and forth. You might want to check the appletts forum for more info on that - I've never done it but it can probably be done.
Any particular reason why you dont want to use HTML?

Since the Macromedia Flash plug-in is pretty widely distributed, you might be able to use a Flash script as an alternative to HTML forms and applets.
