it tell that can install on Windows XP, 2000 SP2, NT SP6, and 98 SE? What about win me? Is anyone try it?

You can probably install it but there may be some quirks. I've installed stuff for NT & 2000 on Me and they seem to work fine. Of course, each app is unique...

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
