redirecting with jsp

Hi,
Is there a relatively simple way to auto-redirect from one jsp to another?
Apparently doesn't work with jsp. I simply need to bring up a notification page when the user changes password, etc. and pass the new data along to the next jsp, while pausing in the notification page for a few seconds.
Thanks much for your help.

You can also use JSTL's <c:redirect> tag, which will handle session encoding for you (and normalize relative URLs, prepending the context path when necessary).
