I'm working on an application that requires the use of JSP pages and XML data. What is the best way to parse the XML data each time the jsp page is accessed?

The JSP Standard Tag Library (JSTL) offers standard tags for parsing and manipulating XML from within a JSP page. For instance, you can parse a document with the <x:parse> tag, loop over parts of it with <x:forEach>, display pieces with <xut>, and so forth.
