Hi, I have a JSP that has a form, the value of one input field depends on some others. Basically I want to transfer all these parameters to a determined servlet, when I press submit the value must be calculated and this parameter added to the request, note that I cannot modify the servlet and the request must be sent with method post.
This servlet uses the method getParameter() to obtain the values from the form.
I would appreciate if someone has some idea how to implement all this stuff. Thanks Francesco

IF u want to do it on the client side use javascript to calculate and store it in hidden fields. If you want it to be done in server sidetry using
<jsp:forward page="{relativeURL | <%= expression %>}" >
<jsp aram name="parameterName"
value="{parameterValue | <%= expression %>}" />+
</jsp:forward>
