If you search in the forum where you usually post using your member number, you can get your last 200 posts in that forum. Repeat for each forum you usually post in. (Use the search link in the upper right hand corner of the page while you are in the forum).

This has been discussed just recently (and I'm sure several times before that) in this thread, which also explains why there is a difference between the number of Google hits and JR posts.
