Can i upload all files in a folder after choose a directory for uploading files to server.

Not using standard HTML. You could write a signed Applet that does these things if you really wanted to.

now,i can not yet upload a folder with Applet as you said.

The functionality that you are trying to achieve is possible using Applets. However, this is functionality that you are going to have to write because there is no stock component in J2SE that does this. Furthermore, since you need access to the client's local drive, you will need to sign your applet. To get started I suggest you take a look at JFileChooser and the Java I/O libraries.
