JspSmartUpload + getoutputStream()error

Hello everybody, i need some help for a very curious error.
I'm using jspsmartUpload components and it was working fine. Unfortunatly, without changing anything to concerned files, i get this message from Tomcat
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: "getOutputStream()" has already been called for this response

I tried to re-install all the components without succes and all of them are .class(can't check code). If someone got the same error or what knows what i'm talking about, any suggestion would be very nice

Probably this could be the usual problem associated with ServletOutputStream and JspWriter. You cant use both togheter.

Thanks a lot Sampy for answering me. I've checked in API and realize i had a conflict between Writter() and getoutputStreambut i can't modify my code because i use the JspSmartUpload ".class". May be do i use the jspsmart api in a bad way?
Here is my code. If someone who knows JspSmart download sees what i'm doin' wrong it would be very nice and helpful.
