How to pass XML data as a request from a JSP file to a URL which is an ASP file?

You would need to open a URLConnection that addresses the ASP page, create an output stream, create any headers that the ASP page is expecting and send the XML through the output stream. This kind of thing has come up several times recently, you might try a search for URLConnection or HttpURLConnection.
