I wonder why employers/recruiters list every job individually in Monster India? For example, if XYZ Inc. is recruiting 5 java programmers, they have 5 different rows for this, instead of just one as most other jobsite!

I think you will find british job sites have the same job printed many times, irespective of how many jobs are available.
