I just went to the website for the book and, FINALLY, a book that posts it's table of contents. IMHO, the most important thing to check over when considering buying a book. Thanks, to the Murach's people, I appreciate that.

Thanks Mike for the kind words. Yep, we post the table of contents for all of our books on our web site. We work hard to try to break down information so that each chapter presents one subject, and we work hard to try to present these subjects in a logical order. This is all reflected in the table of contents for each book, so we figured that it would be a good idea for us to post them on our web site.
