Problem with a TLD file

Hi Guys,
I have put together a quick custom tag (my first one) and am getting an error, which I can not seem to work out:

The TLD file is as below:

and in my JSP page I am doing the following:

I will add the entry into my deplyment descriptor once this is working.
Any help will be appreciated.

OK,
I figured out the error myself. I was working from SCWCD Study Kit book and it had a missing ? mark at the end of the first line, causing me pain and agony.
But now sorted and I am sure I won't forget how to close the tag from now.
