Hi all

I want to encode javascript code which is coming in two forms

1 - embeded directly in JSP files.

2 - sparated in JS files but called from JSP files
could you please tell me if there is any encoder (either commercial or free) allows me to encode javascript code which is called from JSP file . I tried MS Encoder but it does not work out with JSP files.
thanks

Javascript does not have to be encoded - you can either embed it in the generated HTML page or include it from a separate file. Javascript is not "called" in a JSP, the JSP builds the Javascript into an HTML page.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
