KPMG Continuous Learning KPMG have spent some time learning this under the guise of Knowledge Management. Knowledge Management per se is nothing new. Ancient Egyptians would have done it as well.
But it's a way to combine old and new bodies of knowledge I think.
If a Company sets programmes of Continous Learning there must be some objectives as well.
I'm not sure whether individual work is assesssed on financial benefits to the company OR how they'd go about doing that.
