Hi Friends,
I know Java code can be embeded in JSP page.My doubt is can we embed Java code in XML as we do it in HTML.May be a silly question but i'm the beginner

Check up the XML format JSP document definition which was introduced in JSP 1.2.
There's documentation about it on the JSP product page at Sun.

You might want to look at JSP Taglibs.
