Mr. Dudney,
I am curious to know what your take it on the differences between java server faces and struts. Do you think that JSF is a complete replacement for the entire struts framework or would it be best to supplement the functionality of struts with JSF or vice versa? I've read multiple articles from Craig McClanahan about all this, but the concept of jsf vs. struts has always seemed a little vague. Can you clear this up?
Thanks,
Dave

Hi Dave,
Please call me Bill, we are all friends here
The JSF vs. Struts discussion has happened many times already here and other threads.
To sum up though my take is that yes JSF will eventually take over Struts market share. There will still be lots of other cool web frameworks but they will decrease in marketshare as all the server vendors bundle a JSF impl with their servers.
