jsp.error.badaction

hi, i have this situation :
this is a tag definition in a tld file

 
....
  <tag>
    <name>ahref</name>
    <tag-class>web.ServiceLinkTag</tag-class>
    <body-content>JSP</body-content>
    <description>Print a dynamic href</description>

<attribute>
  <name>uri</name>
  <required>true</required>
  <rtexprvalue>true</rtexprvalue>
</attribute>

<attribute>
  <name>value</name>
  <required>true</required>
  <rtexprvalue>true</rtexprvalue>
</attribute>
....
 

here is like look in jsp file:

  
<bitacora:ahref uri="other_page.jsp?param=">
  <jsp:attribute name="value">
    <bitacora:getColumn pos="0" />
  </jsp:attribute>jump!
</bitacora:ahref>

where

  <bitacora:getColumn pos="0"> 

is other tag,
i use

 <jsp:attribute> 

because
i need to pass the value of

<bitacora:getColumn> 

to attribute

 value 

but i get the error: jsp:error.badaction,
if a remove

<jsp:atribute>  

and its content
and put static values to attribute

value 

then all is working, but i need to pass dynamic values to attribute
...
what is wrong?
any can help me ?
