form offline

Hello everybody!
I have to send a form (HTML form, maybe) to a person by e-mail. The person will download it and fill it offline, i. e., disconnected from the internet. Then, the person should send the answers back by e-mail (I think it could be generated a text file to be sent in attach).
Forgive my bad English.

In your case there is no HTTP involved. Please look into JavaMail api that may help you a bit.
Other suggestion is using Web services such that ur user can access your service and use it.
