I'm new to JSP. I know Java,Html,JavaScript. Now can u plz tell me which book of JSP would fetch me good knowledge and better understanding.

I would suggest "core Servlets and Java Server Pages"(Marty Hall) from Pearson Education publishers....
Also, Professional JSP from Wrox series is a good one.

In addition to the above two well regarded books, I would like to suggest:
"Web development with Java Server Pages" by Duane Fields. It is good for beginners with great examples and is very well written.
