Reporting solution

I want to develop some reports that wil kick off a JSP or HTML page. They should print via acrobat pdf file [ since this is the only free software I can think of does a good job of keeping format intact ]. These reports are
parammeter driven and on demand. Are there any freeware I can use? Not looking at investing money to buy a reporting tool as all I have is really 10/15 reports driven by Oracle 9i database.

Thanks
