jakarta taglibs mailer 1.1

Hello,
I am trying to use the mailer-taglibs on my jsp pages to send mail. I need to change the default port number so I tried using the port tag, but it seems that it isn't included in the jakarta-taglibs-mailer-1.1.zip file, which I downloaded from a mirror site of jakarta. The documentation on jakarta's website shows the port tag as being part of the version I downloaded, 1.1 .I'm confused as to why it's not there, my question is how can I change the port number without this tag, or where can a download a version that includes the port tag?

I'd suggest trying to download the package from a different mirror; perhaps you just got an incomplete one.

I haven't used that particular tagset, so I don't have any other specific suggestions.

I've tried downloading from four or five mirrors and everyone is exactly the same, any one have any ideas?
