Unable to load Class

I am trying to set up jstl for the first time and I keep getting this error:
Unable to load class org.apache.taglibs.standard.tag.el.core.SetTag

I have downloaded the jstl.jar, included it in my lib directory. I have also placed the c.tld and c-rt.tld in the /WEB-INF/ directory.

Man, I have been doing some really DUMB stuff lately!!! This time I added the jstl.jar, but I didn't add the standard.jar...
