ALMA MATER'S NAME HELPS ONLY IN GETTING AN INTERVIEW CALL AND MAY BE (TO *SOME EXTENT) IN GETTING SELECTED. BUT ONCE YOUR ARE IN A COMPANY, YOU ARE JUDGED ONLY ON THE BASIS OF YOUR PERFORMANCE. [ May 05, 2004: Message edited by: Varun Khanna ]

I agree. I was also surprised to see all the posts in CAPS. But then, I thought it must be some bug or something until I saw Jeroen's post in lower case letters. Regards.

I KNOW SOME PUMBERS WHO TALK A BIT LIKE YOU. EVER THOUGHT ABOUT MOVING INTO PLUMBING?
Sorry about the caps on. Ill keep that in mind next time. As for SJ, I guess you tried plumbing but were rejected since you didnt know how to spell it.(rejected as a plumber, became a ranch hand!!- that could be a full blown coverstory). You shouldnt go off the topic.
