JSTL error

hi all, im trying to use jstl from a jsp but get the following error:

org.apache.jasper.JasperException: /index.jsp(3,2) The absolute uri: 'http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core' cannot be resolved in either web.xml or the jar files deployed with this application

i did put jstl.jar in my WEB-INF/lib directory
im running tomcat 5 and this is what's in my jsp:

jstl.jar is only one of the two jars needed for JSTL. You also need standard.jar.
