I have a JSP page that takes in a query string called
"website2.jsp?UserName=angyuit".The jsp page is in the webserver, but calling that page returns a "404 File Not Found" error. But running that page without the query string redirects me to another page which shows something which was not on my JSP page. Can anyone give any clues?

Whenever I see a "file not found" error, I know I have to look for 2 things.
1) Is the path correct ? Sometimes, adding a slash (/) can do the trick.
2) Is the called servlet or JSP defined in the web.xml. If it is not, then there is no way for the web server to know where it should look.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
