good decision

Hi All,

I have 3 yrs. exp. in Java/J2EE/Oracle Technologies and I possess post graudate degree in Computer Science.
I received below offers from with pay packages VERIZON(CHENNAI) > POLARIS(HYDERABAD) > CTS(HYDERABAD),WIPRO(BANGALORE)

Now based on factors like below, which offer should I select;
a. cost of living of city
b. good career prospects with company
c. onsite opportunties within 1-3 years with company etc.

Please suggest ...

I'd go with the Polaris job. Coz i like the work they do.

It might not be so simple. You may have to look at
1. The work you will be doing
2. Career growth
3. The stability of the company

So which one out of polaris and CTS would u prefer to join. Why u'd go to POLARIS and what is the work culture u like at CTS.
