I'm going to put all my taglib include statement in a header file, and include this head file in each of my
JSP
page.
The problem is not every page use all the taglibs, so does unused taglib slow down JSP ? If so, is it significant?

It could conceievably add a marginal amount of overhead during translation, but will have no effect during the execution of the JSPs.
