I would like to put spell checker in my JSP.Does any one know free third party custom tag library or anything in java for spell checker....

You might try Jazzy, JSpell or Sentry, all of which I found with a Google search. Not all of those are free, though Jazzy definitely is...

There are plenty of wordlists. I remember one spell checker for eclipse - http://www.bdaum.de/eclipse/eSpell3/ - Check if that is of any use in your purpose.
