Its good company. I heard they pay well also. They have different projects in different domains. So you can ask them for what kind of project they selected you.

Good Luck

Hi Ranchers,

Could you tell me about the work culture for Ness technologies in Bangalore. I would appreciate if fellow ranchers could share their experience here.
Are they considered as paymasters?

regards,
Abhishek

Hi,

Work culture in Ness is awesome. Onsite opp are too good there. One of my frd was there and he said to me that either he would be on some onsite assignment or he would be at home. he doesnt need to goto office if he is on bench. he used to enjoy at home or native for 2-3 months until he gets call from his mananger.

But exceptionals are always there, so dont judge or take any dicission on my frd exp.

cheers,
Rish

I dont know but once upon a time it was a mere Body shopper. Infact it's another name of Apar Infotech. I have been interviewed by them at Airport Road Bangalore office. But as i got the bad feedback about i prefer to stay away from them. But i heard they haven't done any layoffs during recession.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
