I like to go with JSTL and i have to download the files from JAKARTA.
I have reached to the following link -:
http://jakarta.apache.org/site/downloads/downloads_taglibs.html
There are many links on this page but don't able to understand that which version to download. please tell me the name of the link

This would be a good place to start if you just want the core JSTL functionality.

FAQ for this. Be sure that you download the right version for your container.
