We are developing an application initially in English language only, but later on it has to be a multilingual.
We are using
/ Sun Application Server / Oracle 10g.
Is there any specifications or tutorial that help use to understand how multilingual works in Java?
What design consideration we should have for multilingual application?
My blood is tested +ve for Java.

Depends on where your content is comming from (or rather where it lives) - from the DB or hardcoded?
