Hi all ! I swear I tried hard, but I couldn't find any source for statistics about unfilled jobs, in USA of course, so real jobs US companies are offering but for which no one is hired whatever the reason (unsufficient skills, too low wages, ...). This exists clearly for UK and Belgium, but seems hard to find about USA. You can gess easily goal is to examine if shortage of qualified workers in USA is real or not. And of course outsourcing is a strong parameter to influence the answer. Best regards.
