Hi
I have one jsp page which shows values for id, name, Phone in text boxes.
Here id is unique and not editable. Based on id a user can edit name and Phone # and when he submits it should be updated in the db where id = xxx.

When I run this pages it is throwing Invalid Column type error.

Any suggestions please.

if you look at your update statement you have a , before the WHERE.

hopefully that fixes it.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
