Arjun,

What do you think does the offer matter on the interview Ranking. Because in my case My Interview was very Good but they are not offering very Good package to me. Infact they are far less than my expectation.I am into Java/J2EE Technologies.
IF you have anybody in CTS. Please give me his email ID and other information so that I can check with him/her.

Thanks,
Rahul Juneja

What position are you being offered? "Associate" or "Associate Consultant" or... CTS being a more "formal" company willl offer only what they can offer for that position. Generally you won't go wrong with CTS, it's a big stable company. There would be usual big company disadvantages though...

Hi,

I have been offered Programmer - Analyst. and yeah what do u say which companies would u rank with CTS. I mean what do u suggest I am working with Patni Computers and getting a hike of around 25 % Should I take a switch.

Also If u are given the choice to rank the Consulting companies at ur choices how would u rank.

1) Infosys
2) TCS
3) Iflex
4) Accenture
5) CTS
6) Hewitt Technology, Gurgaon - Part of Hewitt Associates
7) IBM
8) NESS - Bangalore
9) Patni

Or u can add companies which you want in your rannking.

Please rank for different scale(Out of 5 , 5 being the highest) as :
Eg:

Name Onsite options Payscale Work-Technology
Patni 4 2 3
Infy

Thanks,
Rahul Juneja

Any Suggestions Appreciated.

Anything is better than PCS/MBT/Kanbay IMHO!
Chance to quit PCS with 25% in CTS, jump on it. I am too busy to rank those companies, let experts do this Job.

I could be biased, but 2 best companies to work for in Pune IMHO would be Veritas and PSPL.

Yes,PSPL is great in terms of talent. They work on some exceiting projects involving C/Linux/C++ and many more things. One should select employer first on the basis of interest and then money and etc..
Veritas,no idea. They have a office near at Khadki,Range Hills where I used to stay.

Yeah Persistent (PSPL) is good I am happy with Persistent.
However, its not just C/Linux/C++ . We have got lot of java/j2ee projects. and so there is lot of requirement for j2ee professional . So if u r interested, drop a resume.

Veritas is also good ...they offer more than PSPL. However, i do not have any idea if they have J2ee requirement. I thinks, its abt c, c++, unix and bit of core java. But not very sure abt it....
