JSTL URI Problem

I'm just getting into
. I'm trying to load the JSTL, and doing so with the following directive:
<%@ taglib prefix="c" uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core" %>
However, I get the following error:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: The absolute uri: <a href="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core</a> cannot be resolved in either web.xml or the jar files deployed with this application
The book I lifted this code from might be out of date? How should I be trying to load the JSTL?
