To change color,when user selects a date?

In the calendar program, if the user selects a date, the selected date,should have a different color,indicating that the date has been clicked.
And when the user selects a date, the user should be able to enter some description about the date in a textbox. (The textbox should appear near the date, and should not be in next page).

please help me with the code
