Currrently I list:

Recuiters just connect the dots. They usually don't make judgements.

If they are looking for XHTML, CSS, DHTML, XML, and PHP and you have internet scripting languages, then you do not match. Next candidate ...

Some experts suggest that if your resume will be initially screened by a computer or an HR flunky (think monster.com), you should put every possible buzz word at the top of yur resume.

Why the top? That way, only recent experience is considered.

Why every buzz word? Because they're scanning against a fixed list. The more word matches, the more chance your resume will be examined seriously.
