Hi Guys, I am working currently with BMC Software, Pune, India, which is a 100 % product company. I am working on a performance solutions product for DB2 mostly into java side coding. The problem here is that I am mostly into bug fixing and maintenance. I have an offer from IFlex solutions pay wise 30 %up. But there I would be assigned in a services team and work would be java/j2ee for banking sector. I have 1.5 years of experience and the offer is about 3.4 lacs. How does this seem to you guys ? Also would working in services enhance my skill set since I seem to be stuck up with Core java and swing objects in BMC ? Hows the reputation for IFLex solutions ? Please let me know. Thanks, Sam

Sam, Also what i think is you can take a switch at this time. As being in service company for next 2 years will tell you the difference and surely you will get to work on more diversified technologies. But yup product based also helps in some way. Thats again ur personal choice. Thanks, Rahul Juneja

Thanks for submitting your views Rahul. I got IFlex through a consultant who saw my profile on jobsahead.com. The thing that I am worried is that hows the reputation for IFlex and hows the work over there. Is it good quality work ?
