Hi, I am new to JSP...My current assignment is to convert XSL/XML based GUI into JSP. I am not sure how to proceed. Please help!..any pointer would be appreciated

I'd suggest that you start by taking a JSP tutorial just to get familiar with the technology. There are several good ones out there that you can find by using your favorite search engine. Once you've learned the basics and have specific questions, feel free to ask.
