Hi all,

I need help on JSTL.

1. Where can I find the JSTL tag help? I always land on the Java API of it or some basic tutorials. I am interested in a comprehensive listing of the tags and how and where to use them. Where can I find such help? Or do I study the taglib for it?

2. Can I make use of the fmt tags for error handling in a pure JSP based client side? Its model 1 architecture. Can we use fmt tags and reduce hard coding to more extent?

3. Can I check a key in the JSP page with JSTL? Like if in my HashMap I have a key value pair as name='myName'. Can I check in the JSP with JSTL core library tags that 'name' is present in the HashMap. In short, I am expecting some containsKey kind of behaviour.

Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Tina

About the documentation, you'd probably want to refer tho the specification:

About question 3, using EL should be enough. ${myhash.name} will return null if it does not exist.
