"saneryee", There aren't many rules that you need to worry about here on the Ranch, but one that we take very seriously regards the use of proper names. Please take a look at the JavaRanch Naming Policy and adjust your display name to match it. In particular, your display name must be a first and a last name separated by a space character, and must not be obviously fictitious. Thanks! bear JavaRanch Sheriff

Completely ignore all of these frameworks until you have a good understanding of basic servlets and JSP under your belt.

Bear, Thanks your reply. I wanna know what did these basic knowledges include? Only JSP and Servlets? But how can i design this system (without these concepts)? What does its process like? (maybe like a OA(office automatization) system ). Thanks

I write many many web applications, and I use none of those frameworks. It most certainly is possible to write even the most complex of web applications using "just" JSP and servlets. Until you understand the basics, you will not be in a position to decide which, if any, of the framewworks are suitable for you to use.
