Hi,
If we do not sign a bond and quit the company without a resignation letter and If the company send the notices to pay 1 months salary do we need to take those notices seriously.Is there a chance of company sending the leagal notices about these.

in US it is at your will. They should not ask for 1 month salary, unless they deposited that money after u left the company.
I am not sure of in other countries.

It depends in which company you are going to join. Some company's insist relieving letter from your previous organization even you worked for 1 week. Its better to have relieving letters from all companies.
